Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early and late check-in is considered individually. From 4 hours, payment per day is required.
The security deposit is refunded immediately after checking the availability of keys and the condition of the apartment in its previous form.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, as well as the use of any other smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony.
The apartments are not for rent:
— for the holidays;
— persons without documents confirming their legal presence in the territory of the Russian Federation;
— persons who are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxication.
When booking for one day, RUB 500.00 is paid in addition to the booking price for cleaning.
After payment on the eve of arrival, the contract and the registration form will be sent to the guests, which must be filled out. Guests also need to upload three photos to the form: the second and third pages of the passport, a selfie with the passport.
The apartment administration collects passport data only through 1C-Bitrix, which, in accordance with clause 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data" collects and updates the "primary database of personal data" on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation. Further, the guests' data is not transferred anywhere. For peace of mind, guests can put the inscription "For booking only" or "Not for credit transactions" on the photo. |
