The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The hotel, according to its internal rules, may charge for additional services not presented on the website.

In case of check-in after 11:30 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

If a visa is required to enter the country, the hotel in most cases provides the necessary documents for obtaining it. For more detailed information, guests should contact the hotel; the contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Additional fees may apply for these services, even in the case of a subsequent booking cancellation. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.

Russian citizens: upon check-in, adults must present a valid internal passport of the Russian Federation. All children must present their birth certificates. If a child is traveling with a relative other than parents or with a guardian, documents confirming the right to accompany the child must also be presented at check-in.

Foreign citizens: upon check-in, adults and children must present valid passports, visas, and migration cards.

The hotel provides transfer from the following points: the airport, with an additional fee possible. Guests must provide their travel details to the hotel in advance using the contact information from the booking confirmation.
