The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

In the Standard room categories, the windows face the market and do not open.

if the guests arrive after 18:00, they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room, payable separately upon check-in at reception. This condition is mandatory. In case of low occupancy, the management reserves the right to serve a buffet breakfast.

In the rooms of the Suite, Family and Apartments categories, extra beds are provided for children under 14 years old with an additional charge of RUB 1900.00, depending on the number of nights of stay.

From October 1, 2024, breakfast is not included in the room rate.
