Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To confirm the reservation, within a day after booking, the guest must contact the representatives of the apartment and make an advance payment in the amount of the first night of stay. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If there is no prepayment within 1 day after booking, it will be canceled automatically.
When booking for 1 and 2 people, guests have access to one room with a double bed and a TV. The second room will be locked.
If guests make a reservation for two guests, but plan to sleep in different rooms, in this case, guests will need to pay extra for the third guest for all days of stay when booking on the website, or upon check-in. In this case, guests will receive a key to the second room and bedding.
If the reservation is made for 3 or more guests, all rooms and bedding are available according to the number of guests.
To conclude a contract, you need a passport and documents for all guests.
This apartment is not suitable for families with children under the age of 7.
Unauthorized persons are not allowed in the apartment.
It is forbidden to hold events and parties in the apartment, make noise from 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM, smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, walk in street shoes, live with animals.
The penalty for smoking any type of cigarettes or smoking mixtures is charged in the amount of the security deposit.
The security deposit is returned to the guest within 24 hours after check-out, cleaning and inspection of the apartment in the absence of claims to the condition of the apartment and property.
Check-in is possible before 08:00 PM. Later or earlier check-in/check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to check in.
During the stay, guests independently maintain cleanliness and order in the apartment — there are all necessary accessories for this.
