What was bad
Мне повезло с погодой, было жарко в городе. Спать ночью невозможно, комната душная, никакой вентиляции, открытое окно не помогает. Хотя бы настольный или напольный вентилятор могли хоть как то улучшить воздух
No customer service at all. Receptionist tried to be patient and I understood it very hard for her. Girl in breakfast room looked so unhappy, I don't think she could smile. When I was leaving hotel I wanted to chat
