The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation with children:
- Children under 13 years old may visit the swimming pool, hammam, and Finnish sauna during family hours from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
- Guests under 18 years old are allowed to be in the thermal area only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Children under 13 years old are not allowed in the gym and fitness areas.
- Guests aged 13 to 18 may use the gym and fitness areas only when accompanied by a responsible adult or a paid personal trainer.
Accommodation with pets:
Small dogs and cats up to 5 kg in weight and up to 30 cm in height at the withers are allowed. An additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per day applies, as well as a one-time cleaning fee of RUB 6000.00 after departure. Bowls, pet beds, and pads are available upon request. Payment can be made on site or in advance by link.
Extra guest accommodation:
- Children under 3 years old stay free of charge, baby cots are available on request.
- Children aged 4–12 years — RUB 3660.00 per day.
- Guests aged 13 years and older — RUB 5856.00 per day.
- Rates include breakfast provided by the hotel restaurant.
Sanitary days schedule for gym, fitness areas, swimming pool, hammam, and Finnish sauna in 2026: January 29, February 26, March 26, April 30, May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27, September 24, October 29, November 26, December 24. On these days, the areas are open from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
In Business Suite room, the third bedroom is available when booking for four or more guests.

This hotel was absolutely great. We have 2 bedroom suite 135 sq.m. Very spacious. This is the right size for 2 bedroom. It also had 2.5 bathrooms. All materials and furniture in this suite was very new and high end. If I'm coming back to Kaliningrad I'm staying in crystal house again for sure.
SPA is absolutely delightful! Breakfast is great as well.

The only concern that I have is that this suite did not have any cooking gear, like frying pans
