Must have land line telephone in the room so the guest can reach out the restaurant or reception by the telephone in the room faster than what’s app as if i have any concern i need to send in whats app and waiting until the operator answers me !

The hotel was good overall and the experience was very nice.
What was bad
However, the cleanliness was not up to the mark as there was a noticeable smell. Additionally, the electrical system couldn't handle many devices; for example, the hairdryer burned out. The hotel service was quite slow when we requested things like a heater and water and the check in was on 5 but the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 as well there is no service and Wifi in the rooms. The place is wonderful, surrounded by nature. The River Lodge with view is amazing, the view from the bed is breathtaking.
Shutter drivers are kind and helpful.
Body massage was amazing and the SPA team was so welcoming and nice.
DON’T miss the experience of Pottery-Workshop.
Everything we ordered from the restaurant was delicious including:
mackerel with cilantro sauce and pistachios.

What was bad
There is no car to transport us from the hut. We have to walk 2 kilometers to reach the restaurant.. and The device was damaged due to excessive heat during use, and the employees were informed of this, but they insisted on paying its full price
