For the convenience of guests, there are bed linen, towels, hygiene items, dishes, a barbecue with grills and skewers, a cauldron with a 16-liter oven, a TV with a Yandex station, drinking water from taps, as well as amenities for small children, a playground on the territory, a small trampoline. Frame pool in summer. Cleaning is carried out before each arrival. It is possible to accommodate up to 20 people for non-alcoholic events, for events with alcohol up to 16 guests. There is a kvadrobanya on the site—the firebox is included in the price. Coals are provided for the barbecue. Fishing 50 meters is free, 1 km is paid.

Parties are prohibited, events with a large amount of alcohol are strictly prohibited, young companies under 23 are not accepted. Of the important: wax candles, hookah, pyrotechnics are prohibited. We issue LED candles on request.
