Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Free access to the gym is included for all guests from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
Kamchatka restaurant and room service are open until 10:00 PM (kitchen until 09:30 PM).
The rental service for virtual reality glasses is available to guests staying in Deluxe, Junior Suite and some Superior rooms with sofa.
Access to the Muse Spa complex is available for an additional fee.
The Suites include free access to the spa from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Guests can find out about additional current promotions at the hotel.
Access to the spa complex is only allowed with children over the age of 3 years.
Children under 18 years of age are allowed to visit the spa complex only in the presence of adult visitors - parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person (persons), provided that such accompanying person (persons) provides a notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors, subject to the following condition: one adult visitor per child.
It is allowed to stay with one pet (weighing up to 5 kg or a dog no more than 50 cm high at the withers) subject to payment of additional cleaning of the room RUB 2000.00 per day and upon presentation of the animal's veterinary passport. Deposit for the period of stay with an animal in one room is issued upon arrival. When placing with a pet, guests agree to the rules of residence indicated on the official website of the hotel.
