Location

Zagorodnyij Klub Sviyaga Hotel is located in Kazan. Nearby is a developed infrastructure, a secluded location in an ecologically clean area with transport accessibility. The recreation center is located 750 km from Moscow, 55 km from Kazan, 25 km from the ski resort, Innopolis, 5 km from the famous museum reserve "Sviyazhsk Island". The country club is located on the left bank at the mouth of the river of the same name. On the vast territory of the base, various natural landscapes are presented: a lake, steep slopes, a gentle coast near the Sviyazhsky Bay.

At the recreation center

The recreation center is suitable for those guests who prefer active, family or corporate holidays: there is a beach on the territory, a restaurant of European, Russian and German cuisine, sports equipment is provided.

For the organization of the celebration, 3 options for sites are offered: a cafe located on the banks of the river. Sviyaga, contains spacious bright halls: the main hall for up to 45 people, a bar and a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the river; banquet hall for up to 120 people with an open terrace; a summer tent for 200 people, each of which is designed for special celebrations: corporate events, birthdays and weddings with a show program. The hotel has a children's playroom, a conference room and a restaurant with a total seating capacity of up to 70 people.

For active recreation are offered: a tennis court with a professional surface, sports grounds for beach volleyball and mini-football. There are balls, fishing rods, sleds, skis, bicycles, boats, catamarans, boats and snowmobiles for rent. Excursions are organized with a visit to the historical and architectural reserve "Sviyazhsk Island". There is a bath complex equipped with infrared cabins, Finnish saunas, where you can drink herbal tea from a Russian samovar. The equestrian club offers horse riding, carriage or sleigh rides. Everyone - adults and children - is taught horseback riding, you can also order a photo session with horses.

Rooms

Guests are offered 8 two-storey cottages with a capacity of 4 to 14 people. The main and additional places can accommodate 88 people. The houses are equipped with everything necessary for living. Near each house there is a gazebo with a barbecue for barbecue.

Also in the country club is a three-story hotel. The hotel has 34 rooms of different categories: standard, family and suites. Guests can choose the type of accommodation according to their preferences: one-room or two-room suite, with a view of the mountain or the complex, with shared or twin beds, with or without an extra bed. All rooms, regardless of category, are equipped with a bathroom with bath or shower, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, mini-fridge and toiletries.
