The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00.

Check-in is contactless. Guests are asked to contact the property in advance by writing on WhatsApp with the number indicated in the voucher. On the day of the arrival, the property will provide detailed information for self-check-in.

The property has two options for accessing the apartment, depending on the property:

The keys in a mini-safe;

Digital combination lock.

Late check-in after 10:00 PM is possible for an additional fee:

From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 250.00;

After 12:00 AM — RUB 500.00.

The price includes:

Bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries for the first period of stay;

High-speed unlimited Wi-Fi.

A refundable security deposit is charged to ensure the safety of the property. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, after cleaning the apartment, by transfer via the Fast Payment System before 06:00 PM.

For identification purposes, guests are asked to have their passport with them upon check-in.

It is mandatory to follow the rules:

Smoking cigarettes and hookah is strictly prohibited, including on the balcony. A fine of RUB 5000.00 is charged for breaking the rule.

The property is not rented out for entertainment events, including birthdays.

It is prohibited to disturb the peace of residents of neighboring apartments, guests are asked to keep noise levels down from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.

It is not allowed for third parties to stay in excess of the number of guests specified in the reservation, unless this has been agreed upon in advance.

Important to know:

Accommodation with small pets is allowed only by prior arrangement. The cost is discussed individually, the refundable security deposit will be increased.

Reporting documents are provided for an additional fee by prior arrangement. The commission amount will be included in the digital receipt, which will allow the accounting department of the guest to compensate for this surcharge. In case of early departure, the amount paid for the stay is non-refundable.
