The flat is located in a building constructed in the Stalinist Empire style, built in 1956.
The flat is decorated in a fairytale forest style.
The relaxation area features a double orthopedic mattress measuring 160x200 cm on a loft, various pillow options, different lighting scenarios, blackout blinds, soundproof windows, mosquito screens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Yandex Station smart speaker with Alice, and a small library. Guests also have access to two additional sleeping places on an IKEA Bedinge folding sofa measuring 140x190 cm. The main sleeping area on the loft is accessed by a wooden ladder.
The kitchen area is equipped with a vintage table and chairs for six people, a refrigerator, electric kettle, gas stove, cezve (Turkish coffee pot), microwave, toaster, built-in water filter, washing machine, gas water heater, cookware and tableware including glasses and a corkscrew, as well as dish soap and laundry gel by Grass. Guests are provided with spices, salt, sunflower oil, tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar, and honey.
The storage area is equipped with a drying rack, ironing board, iron, mirrored wardrobe, and clothes hangers. A vacuum cleaner is also available.
The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, as well as a hairdryer, mirror, cotton swabs, cotton pads, shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap by Grass.
Bed linen, slippers, and towels are provided.
The flat’s windows face east.
There is a children's playground and free public parking next to the building and in the courtyard.
