Welcoming personality and friendly. The front desk staff tried to speak in English. They were flexible and allowed me to extend the check out time with no additional cost.
The pool area was lovely. gym was good.
Overall it was a lovely experience to embrace the Kul Sherif Mosque while having your meals at the hotel.

You should train staff to be more welcoming and friendly than being on the computer screen all the time.
Hospitality is key in a 5 star hotel.
Upon arrival, offer the guests a leaflet or a website link (specifically created by the hotel) to guide the residents to explore every part of Kazan.
Double Decker City tour would be a great addition on the first day. This will
