The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Check-in is available 24/7; however, arrivals after 09:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of RUB 1000.00.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out and inspection of the property, provided there is no damage or other issues.
Round-trip transfer is available for RUB 8000.00. The service is provided to and from the airport, train station, and bus station between 09:00 AM and 09:00 PM. For transfers after 09:00 PM, an additional fee of RUB 5000.00 per one way applies.
A cleaning fee applies as follows:
- For stays up to 3 days — RUB 1000.00
- For stays up to 6 days — RUB 3000.00
- For stays up to 10 days — RUB 5000.00
- For stays over 10 days — RUB 10000.00
Hourly late check-out is available at a rate of RUB 550.00 per hour.
Guests are required to notify the property in advance and receive check-in instructions 2 hours prior to check-in by calling the telephone number found on the booking confirmation.
Accommodation with small pets is possible upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.
