Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon arrival with pets, guests must contact the hotel and specify the cost of the additional payment. That I didn't spend night in that place. Just got in and out.
What was bad
Awful hotel. Rooms descriptions are fake and if you decide to stay be ready to not get breakfast although it was included.

It was a blistering hot day and I arrived at the hotel early in the hope of ditching my rucksack, but they let me check in early which I greatly appreciated. The staff were patient to understand what I wanted despite the language barrier and the room was comfortable with a lot of character. Great stay
