Location is ideal for exploring downtown Kazan. It’s close to the boardwalk, Gorky Park, and the Kremlin. It’s quiet and relaxing. Coffeehouse on ground level is another plus. Has clean drinking water via filter. Owner and family were kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Coming from the USA it was a great stay.
