In the guest house

A two-story house with 3 bedrooms, panoramic glazing and a view of the pine forest is built in the half-timbered style. Accommodation is suitable for a holiday with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. There is a bath tub / hot tub on the territory, which is available for an additional fee.

On the first floor of the house there is a kitchen with a dining and guest areas, a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: there is an oven, a hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a microwave. There are necessary utensils, including glasses for 8 people. In the guest area there is a sofa, which can also be used as a bed, there is a TV with an audio system, various applications are connected, such as Kinopoisk, Start, Ivi and others. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200, there are two children's beds: for a baby with sides and for a child up to 160 cm. Each room has an exit to the terrace. Also on the second floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. The house has air conditioners and underfloor heating.

The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture: a sofa, armchairs, and a table. In the summer, there are sun loungers. For children, there is a playground with a slide and swings on the territory of the house. There is a barbecue area.
