Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It is allowed to use only the bed linen offered by the apartment, as it is hypoallergenic. In order to avoid allergy attacks, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing and using their own bed linen.
The price includes one set of bed linen. Additional set of bed linen and towels — RUB 500.00.
Do not smoke in the apartment and on the balcony — Smoking will result in a fine equal to the deposit.
Following a complaint from neighbors about a noisy feast, eviction follows on the same day without a refund of the deposit and payment for the rent.
Residence rules:
When leaving, it is necessary to wash dirty dishes, the stove and oven, remove visible garbage and take bags of garbage to the area with garbage bins, food and bottles left in the refrigerator are garbage that the guest must dispose of;
