Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It is allowed to use only the bed linen offered by the apartment, as it is hypoallergenic. In order to avoid allergy attacks, it is strictly forbidden for guests to bring and use their own bed linen.
One set of bed linen is included in the price. An additional set of bed linen and towels costs RUB 500.00.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Smoking is subject to a fine in the amount of the deposit.
The apartment is not rented for celebrations and parties. If there is a complaint from neighbors about a noisy event, eviction follows on the same day without refund of the deposit and payment for rent.
Rules of accommodation:
- Any food or bottles left in the refrigerator are considered trash and must be disposed of by the guest in the building's waste bins.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
- Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entry.
Before leaving the flat, guests are required to wash dirty dishes, sink, kitchen stove, and oven, dispose of trash, and take the trash bags to the designated area with trash bins. Damage, blood, stains of any origin on textiles, interior, and furniture, as well as violations of house rules, will result in the deposit not being refunded.
Check-in instructions will be sent during business hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time in Khabarovsk (GMT+10).
Remote check-in is organized in the apartment, so payment is accepted only by online transfer.
From 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM and from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM, there may be noise from renovation works. Guests are kindly requested to take this into account when planning their trip.
