Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM and from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM the house may be noisy from renovation work. Guests are asked to take this into account when planning their trip.
Only bed linen provided by the apartment may be used, as it is hypoallergenic. To avoid allergy attacks, guests are strictly forbidden to bring and use their own bed linen.
The price includes one set of bed linen. An extra set of bed linen and towels costs RUB 500.00.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat or on the balcony. Smoking is subject to a fine in the amount of the deposit.
The flat is not available for celebrations and parties. If neighbours complain about a noisy event, the apartment will be evicted on the same day without refunding the deposit and rent.
Accommodation rules:
— observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM;
— remove street shoes at the entrance.
If conditions are not met, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in instructions are sent during working hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Khabarovsk local time (GMT+10).
The apartments are organised for remote check-in, so payment is accepted by online transfer only.
When leaving the apartment, guests must wash the dirty dishes, sink, stove and oven, remove all the garbage and take out the bags with garbage to the area with garbage cans. Food and drinks left in the refrigerator are also garbage, which the guest must dispose of in the local garbage cans. Damage and stains of any origin on textiles, interiors and furniture, as well as in case of violation of the rules of accommodation and non-compliance with the conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.
