Very nice placing in a relic South-Russin forest of oaks, chalk pines, birches and lindens. People were (and are) busy in a painstaking terraforming (a pond was made in fact anew with fish and bathing facilities and summerhouses and whatnot. Spacey rooms (if one takes polu-lux meaning demi-lux which is 7 euros per night more expensive than an economy-class one). But terrible cuisine in a hotel restaurant, totaly Soviet "stolovka". They take thier pains even here but still in vain.
