Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel's car parking is closed until the middle of November.
There is a Jacuzzi only in the collection apartments. There is no Jacuzzi in the Suite category.
When checking into the hotel, each guest must have:
- identity document (passport of the Russian Federation), reservation number or voucher;
- health resort card 072 / y (for adults) and 076 / y (for children under 4 years old) with the obligatory indication of the result of fluorographic research;
- policy of compulsory medical insurance and voluntary medical insurance (if any);
- a certificate (conclusion) of an epidemiologist or a pediatrician / general practitioner on the absence of contact with patients with infectious diseases, on the absence of contact with persons infected with COVID-19 during the previous 14 days, issued by a medical organization no later than 3 days before departure to Medical & Spa Plaza Hotels.
- from 05.11.20, each guest must provide a certificate of a negative test result for COVID-19.
In case of non-cash payment, the sanatorium makes 100% prepayment of the cost of services in accordance with the conditions specified in the invoices, in advance of the arrival of guests. If there is no non-cash payment at the time of arrival of the Guests, the sanatorium reserves the right to cancel the reservation or charge a daily payment from the guests before the funds are credited to the current account.
In the case when it is convenient for the guest to pay in cash, it is also necessary to make a prepayment in advance of at least the cost of one day. The prepayment must go to the settlement account of the sanatorium within 5 calendar days from the date of the invoice. Otherwise, the sanatorium will cancel the reservation as not guaranteed.
The conditions for prepayment and cancellation of the booking are specified in the booking confirmation invoice.
For reservations of 10 nights or more, guests are offered medical treatments. To be paid separately.
If necessary, guests can add an extra bed, but the cost of the service must be agreed with the hotel administration. It is also possible to stay with children by prior arrangement.
It is recommended to travel to your holiday destination by train or plane, and from the train station or airport use the hotel's shuttle exclusively.
It is allowed to travel by personal motor transport or by an organized transfer in the presence of a spa voucher or other document confirming the booking, taking into account the principles of social distancing.
Upon check-in, all vacationers are thermometry carried out by a non-contact method and then every day at least 1 time per day. If the Guest detects an elevated body temperature or other signs of ARVI, the guest is isolated and the medical service is informed to take the necessary measures. If a disease is detected
a new coronavirus infection in a guest, he may be isolated in an observatory for 14 days.
The hotel is ready to accept guests who have had an infection 14 days after the final, two-time confirmation of recovery. This is determined by the absence of symptoms and signs of infection and the elimination of SARS-Co-V-2 from respiratory swabs.
The possibility of purchasing personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, antiseptics) by vacationers is provided on the territory of the sanatorium in the pharmacy.
On the territory of the hotel, it is recommended to observe the social distance (1.5-2 meters), for which signal markings are applied to the floor.
The hotel allows individual or family visits to medical procedures and services:
- Swimming pool for adults and children;
- Exercise therapy room and gym;
- Children's club.
Medical services are provided by appointment, organized in the medical building.
Group visits to procedures are excluded.
Medical procedures are carried out according to the time planned in the schedule of procedures.
Classes in the pool, exercise therapy halls are conducted taking into account the principle of social distance for groups of no more than 5-10 people.
It is possible to leave the territory of the sanatorium if necessary. For the convenience and safety of guests, a system of safety factors has been introduced in the city.
The odds information will be available to all guests. With a coefficient not exceeding 0.5, movement within the city is permissible. Provided that you provide yourself with disposable masks or a respirator, gloves (change of which should be at least 1 time in 2 hours), skin antiseptics and respect for social distance. Guests are not recommended outside the sanatorium to visit restaurants, entertainment events and other places of mass stay of people. |
