Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation according to medical programs is available from 3 nights and with asanatorium and resort card. It is impossible to stay in a sanatorium without treatment.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it is necessary to have original documents proving the identity of all resident's numbers — passports for adults. In the absence of appropriate documents, hotel has the right to refuse accommodation.
Guests are required to pay a deposit upon check-in. Payment for additional services at the hotel is made from a deposit account. If there are not enough funds in the deposit account, guests will not be able to use the additional services of the hotel. In this case, it will be necessary to replenish the deposit account at the hotel reception, which is open around the clock. Upon check-out, the unused deposit will be refunded to guests.
The hotel can accommodate guests over 18 years of age.
The use of the hammam is available at an additional cost.
Accommodation under medical programs is available from 3 nights and with a spa card, based on the Order of May 5, 2016 N 279n "On approval of the procedure for organizing spa treatment" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
