The guests are offered a one-storey house with an area of 60 sq.m, designed to accommodate 5 people. The house has a kitchen-living room with panoramic lake views, 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a parking space.Bed linen and towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, as well as a playpen and a high chair on request.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, hob, dishes, cutlery, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi access. Heating is carried out using a "underfloor heating" system and a stove.
Guests can enjoy: a grill area, Nordic walking sticks, fishing, tubing downhill (in winter), a tennis table, a sandbox with toys, a trampoline, horseback riding, bicycles, badminton, darts, board games.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When booking a house for 2 days or more, the third hour of soaring in the sauna is provided as a gift.
The cost of renting a rowing boat with life jackets: RUB 450.00 per hour or 1450.00 RUB per day.
The cost of a boat trip: RUB 1500.00 per hour, catamaran rental – RUB 600.00 per hour or RUB 1800.00 per day.
Guests are asked to keep the recreation area clean and tidy.
Houses are not rented out for noisy events, we adhere to the concept of a quiet family holiday. Smoking is prohibited in houses and baths, only in specially designated places.
In case of damage to property, a deposit is made. The deposit is refunded after cleaning the house.
Check-in with animals is possible only by agreement and for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00. |
