Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The 50 m swimming pool at the Grand Hotel Polyana Group of Companies will be closed for routine maintenance: from 10.10.25 to 30.04.26 inclusive.
Swimming pools will be available for guests:
indoor pool 19 m, building A – 1st floor, opening hours: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM;
indoor swimming pool 25 m, building C, 2nd floor, opening hours: 07:00 AM – 11:30 PM.
The work is carried out as part of routine maintenance to maintain established quality and safety standards. After completion of the work, the pool will be available for year-round use.
From September 30, 2025, to October 2, 2025, inclusive, scheduled maintenance will be conducted on all cable cars at the Gazprom Polyana resort. The cable cars are not operational and will not be accepting guests.
Guests should check the cost of parking, transfer and extra bed at the hotel.
The resort fee is charged from the second night of stay.
It is possible to provide one extra bed in the room (for an adult or a child from 5 to 11 years old inclusive). The cost is calculated individually upon request at the hotel.
Parking services at the resort for hotel guests are provided on a paid basis. Parking is provided in a multi-level parking lot next to the Grand Hotel Polyana Group of Companies. You can return to the hotel on foot or by using an electric car. Depending on the season, a shuttle runs.

Commercial operation of cable cars may be suspended due to weather conditions.
Guests can take the cable car up. Tickets can be purchased on the website, at the terminal or at the ticket office.
