The 25-meter indoor pool in Building C will be closed from September 21, 2026, to October 4, 2026, inclusive.
The indoor pool in Building A will be closed from November 30, 2026, to December 14, 2026, inclusive.
The Galaktika Water Park will be closed from November 5, 2026, to November 27, 2026, inclusive.
The A3 (3S) cable car will close for scheduled maintenance starting August 24, 2026, for an estimated period of 1.5 to 2 months.
Pool hours at the Grand Hotel Polyana:
25-meter indoor pool (Building C) — from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
19-meter indoor pool (Building C) — from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Outdoor summer pool (Building B) — from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
50-meter outdoor pool (Building B) — from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Scheduled renovations and finishing work will be carried out at the hotel from May 15, 2026.

Maintenance work at the Aquapark: from November 5, 2026 to November 27, 2026.

Psekhako II-A2 (Laura): from November 9, 2026 to December 13, 2026.
Psekhako II-N (Laura): from October 4, 2026 to October 8, 2026; from October 15, 2026 to October 23, 2026; from November 9, 2026 to December 29, 2026.
Psekhako II-AZ (Laura): from August 15, 2026, to August 25, 2026; from November 9, 2026, to December 27, 2026.
K1-K5 (Alpika): from August 15, 2026, to August 25, 2026; from October 25, 2026, to November 2, 2026; from November 9, 2026, to December 13, 2026.
Scheduled maintenance dates may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.
Guests can order additional meals at the reception desk or in the restaurant.
Starting May 1, 2026, a fee for visiting the Sochi National Park will be introduced. The fee will be RUB 300.00.
A national park ticket is required for the following: visiting the Pikhtovy slope, ascending the Alpika slope, and in summer, for Route 8A (Medvezh'i Vorota Tract - Bzerpinsky Cornice - Kholodny Camp).
Only for visiting the Psekhako Plateau (1440 m). Guests staying at the Grand Hotel Polyana do not need to purchase a national park ticket.
