Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The swimming pools at the Grand Hotel Polyana are closed for maintenance:
- Indoor pool (Building A) — from November 20, 2026 to December 1, 2026, inclusive;
- Outdoor pool (Building C) — from October 10, 2025 to April 30, 2026, inclusive;
- Indoor pool (25 m, Building C) — from September 20, 2026 to October 4, 2026, inclusive.
The work is being carried out as part of scheduled maintenance to maintain established quality and safety standards. After completion, the pool will be available for year-round use.
One extra bed can be added to a room (for an adult or child aged 5 to 11, inclusive). The price is calculated individually upon request at the hotel.
On-site parking for hotel guests is available for a fee. Parking is available in the multi-level parking lot next to the Grand Hotel Polyana. You can return to the hotel grounds on foot or by electric car. A shuttle operates seasonally. |
