Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. For guests of the hotel until 09/01/2026, complimentary morning yoga sessions with an instructor are available. The sessions are included in the accommodation price and take place from Wednesday to Sunday at 08:30 AM. The current schedule can be checked at the reception desk.
Additional evening group yoga classes are available. The participation fee is RUB 1000.00 per person.
Guests can also visit the Aquapik thermal complex, which offers a heated outdoor pool on a panoramic terrace and a Finnish sauna with panoramic glazing.
For guests from 06/01/2026 to 06/19/2026 and from 10/20/2026 to 12/20/2026, daily complimentary access to the thermal complex for 2 hours is provided.
From 06/20/2026 to 10/19/2026 and from 12/21/2026 to 03/31/2027, 1 complimentary 2-hour visit to the thermal complex is provided per stay.
For guests under 14 years of age, a birth certificate must be provided.
Guests can also travel by private vehicle or taxi.
From 05/01/2026, the ticket prices for the Olimpiya cable car on the route Roza Dolina — Gornaya Olimpiyskaya Derevnya, from 560 m to 1100 m, for guests staying in hotels of Gornaya Olimpiyskaya Derevnya have been changed:
The price of an adult ticket or a ticket for a child aged 15 and older is RUB 100.00.
The price of a child ticket for children aged 7 to 14 inclusive is RUB 50.00.
The ticket is valid for an unlimited number of ascents and descents on the Olimpiya cable car for each day of the guest’s stay at the hotel.
Guests can check the cable car schedule with the hotel staff. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Guests have access to the Roza Khutor beach. The beach features sun loungers under shade canopies, umbrellas and bungalows, infrastructure for guests with reduced mobility, changing rooms and showers, a children’s playground, and spa areas. Beach accessories are available for rent and purchase. There is also a summer cafe, a fresh juice bar with bean bags, a SUP surfing point, catamarans, and a diving centre.
From 06/01/2026, a shuttle service to and from the beach operates daily with two departures per day.
The fee for accommodation with a pet is RUB 500.00 per night. Upon request, a pet bed, food and water bowls, a litter tray, a scratching post, and a blanket are provided. Detailed pet accommodation conditions should be clarified with the hotel in advance. |
