Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Neighbors' repair work can be heard in the house.
Check-in/check-out takes place remotely, without a personal meeting. After booking, guests will receive detailed check-in instructions. Early/late check-in/check-out is discussed in advance, individually.
When booking for a period longer than 7 days, the deposit amount increases to RUB 5000.00.
You will need a passport to complete the contract. Accounting documents are provided upon request.
For long stays, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days (RUB 400.00 per set).

It is forbidden to hold noisy events, parties, as well as noise that may disturb neighbours, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
