To make a reservation, you must provide the required dates, number, composition of guests and make an advance payment. When checking in, you must present your passport and deposit. The deposit is returned to the guest's card within 24 hours after check-out, after the maid has accepted the apartment and in the absence of violations of the rules of residence (damage to property, smoking in the apartment, presence of animals in the apartment, presence of stains that cannot be dry cleaned). In these cases, the deposit may be retained.
For each guest over 2 people - an additional charge of RUB 500.00 per guest (children over 3 years old are considered full guests).
When checking in 2 guests and using the second bedroom with a second set of bed linen, it is necessary to indicate the 3rd guest in the stay, since there will be an additional charge of RUB 500.00/day.
The conditions of early and late check-in / check-out are negotiated additionally. Transfer from the railway and bus stations of Krasnodar is possible.
Noise is maintained until 08:00 AM and after 10:00 PM, during lunchtime from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
If necessary, you can order apartment cleaning. The cost of cleaning is RUB 700.00.
When leaving before the paid date, the cost for unlived days is not refunded.
