Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Rules for accommodation with animals:
1. The hotel prohibits accommodation with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.
2. Accommodation with guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities is allowed without additional charge.
3. Only small dogs of non-fighting breeds are allowed to stay with animals. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation of a guest with an animal.
4. Accommodation of animals is allowed if the guest purchases the entire room.
5. The guest must have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for its sleep. It is prohibited to leave the animal unattended and outside the special carrier (cage).
6. The guest must bring special dishes with him to feed the animal.
7. To satisfy the natural needs of the animal that do not require its walking, the guest must bring a special tray or other special bedding.
8. Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc.) and when walking dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by a guest.
9. Dogs are not allowed in the food service area (restaurant, buffet, etc.).
10. Guests arriving at the hotel with an animal must have a pet passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations given to the pet.
