The two-storey guest house was built in 2022, has been for rent since June 2023. The area of the house is 215 sq. m. The house has 3 bedrooms with a mansard roof, 8 fixed beds, 2 additional folding beds - a chair and a folding bed. A total of 2 double beds and 6 single beds.

There is a terrace with outdoor chairs and a table, an equipped fire pit with a barbecue, private parking for 4 cars. Second light with a large fireplace, a kitchen equipped with Electrolux appliances - a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, as well as a Finnish sauna with an electric heater and a delayed start, a shower. The house's own boiler room provides water heating at any time of year, the floors of the 1st floor - radiators in all rooms; hot and cold water supply - drinking water from the tap and a 300-liter boiler; sewage - a biological treatment plant.

The house has panoramic windows, a view of nature from all the windows of the house. The house and all the furniture are made of wood, all the furniture and interior items are designer, handmade. The guest house always has bed linen and towels, necessary utensils for cooking and table setting, household care and hygiene products. The house has its own exit to the cliff with an eco-trail and observation platforms on the Kurkiyoki Bay of Lake Ladoga. In winter, when the temperature is below 0, walks along the trails on snowboards are offered.
