In the living room there is a large pull-out sofa for additional guests. There is a stove-fireplace, 2 bathrooms, a shower room. Mosquito nets on all windows. Bath appliances: dishwasher and washing machines, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron, TV, vacuum cleaner, dryer for mushrooms and berries. Electric automated heating. On the territory there is a wood-burning bath by the water, a barbecue, a smokehouse, a new metal-fiberglass rowing boat Cayman-42 with the possibility of installing an outboard motor up to 60 hp.
