    I came here with a long history as a palace.

    What was bad

    The service attitude of the staff is average. A treacherous and insidious staff will blackmail. Everyone must be careful when checking in. There have been many problems with my room card, and I can't open the door normally, which has caused me a lot of trouble.

    And we are very sorry to hear your stay wasn’t as pleasant as you expected. We took all measures to investigate what exactly happened during your visit.

    Unfortunately, as it happened, there had been signs of smoking in room and it`s strictly forbidden to smoke in any public places in Russia by Federal Law №15. So, we were obliged to ask you to pay additional amount as a penalty for smoking in your room.

    We are upset to know you encountered such a sad experience in our hotel. But it was our obligation and we hope to find understanding from you.
