Annushka Guest house is located in Misailovo, in the village of Ostrov, on the river bank.
In the guest house
The house is located in a complex of two houses on a territory with a total area of 30 acres. For a large company, you can rent 2 houses - maximum capacity up to 20 people. A child under 5 years old can be accommodated free of charge without providing a bed.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, setting a festive table and maintaining personal hygiene - disposable slippers, dental kit, a set of towels and more. Each house has made beds with bed linen, audio and video equipment and karaoke. The rent of the house includes: parking for one car, a gazebo with a barbecue area, a barrel sauna for up to 3 hours, a fire area, one fishing rod, a boat for walks on the river or for fishing for 30 minutes, a play area for children. There is a sandbox for kids, toys, badminton, darts, hammock, football and volleyball, beach area by the pond, sun loungers, board games and other entertainment.
Upon prior request, you can buy fresh fish, meat, chicken and other products. The house is located in the delivery zone of various services.
For organizing events, for an additional fee, the services of professional animators and artists are offered, who will organize parties, weddings, anniversaries, children's birthdays, romantic dinners, corporate teambuilding and much more for guests.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. An identity document is required to conclude the contract.
You can use the wood-fired sauna on the hotel premises for an additional fee if ordered at least 3 days before arrival.
The price of accommodation includes: towels, bed linen, disposable slippers, hygiene products, dental kit, hair dryer, water cooler, tea, coffee, spices.
Accommodation of more than 2 guests, pets, children from 6 years old - for an additional fee. Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge without providing a bed.
The security deposit is returned on the day of departure by transfer to the card after the final cleaning, provided that the house is free of: garbage, traces of dirt or smoking, no damage has been caused to the property.
Reporting documents are provided for business guests.
