Very smooth self check in and checkout. No waiting at all. Not too far from the railway station of the city centre. Have a hospital, KFC and Supermarket in 10 minutes walk.
What was bad
Had some trouble getting the wifi since we didn’t have a Russian number. But they did offer us to use the staff wifi, when we extended the stay. It maybe the broadband provider’s issue, but it would be great if international travellers can connect to the wifi without a russian

I had a pleasant stay at Polarnik by Arctic Hotel. It’s a nice and comfortable place, conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants.
The auto check-in process was very smooth and efficient. An electronic PIN was provided about 24 hours before arrival, which made access simple and hassle-free, especially for late check-ins.
