I went to the hotel after 4 am without a reservation. The hotel staff understood my situation, found me a room, and even served me hot coffee. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and the hotel staff were friendly, although their English was not very good. The hotel room was very clean and the view was great. Next time I go to Murmansk again, I will 100% stay at the AZIMUT hotel.
