What was good

perfect location when you take the early morning bus to Kirkenes.

What was bad

It´s ok to stay for one night. Can´t say I was impressed by the level of service. The staff was not very welcoming and they ignored my request to get some hot tea water or a kettle to the room (the one in the room didn´t work.) Will stay again if I have to

What was good
The room is just great to my taste: comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean, even the bathroom and shower area. It's spacious enough for 1 person and also very quiet. I'd love to stay longer at the hotel, so I will definitely be back.

Very near to shopping street and 1.5 kms from center of city. Malls and restaurants at walking distance
Comfortable bed. Lots of space for sitting and storage
Rooms were clean and had all toiletries. All requests were handled fast and efficiently
