Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The deposit is refunded upon check-out, if the rules for staying in the apartment were not violated: there was no smell of tobacco after the guests, there was no noise, minor damage to property, there were no other guests except those indicated in the booking, there were no pets and candles and hookahs were not used.
Reporting documents are provided and comply with legal requirements. Check-in is made in person with the conclusion of the contract. All adult guests are required to have passports and birth certificates for children upon check-in. A deposit is charged. Residents of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny are not settled.
Work with guests is carried out from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Check-in at a later time is agreed upon in advance and is made if the accommodation facility is available for an additional fee for working overtime. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. |
