Na Tsvetochnom Bulvare Apartments are located in the center of Naberezhnye Chelny. Near the house is the SUNRISE CITY shopping center, where there is a fitness center with a swimming pool, grocery and brand stores. Nearby there are dentists, medical and cosmetology clinics, the Ice Palace for active recreation on skates. Within walking distance is Victory Park with an amusement park, bike paths, a Ferris wheel and playgrounds, recreation alleys and attractions. Proximity to Syuyumbike Avenue, Mira Avenue, Vakhitov Avenue, and Avtozavodsky Avenue provides convenient transport accessibility.
Tram and bus stops are also located near the house. In the courtyard of the house there are many different playgrounds and sports grounds. Opposite the house are grocery and clothing stores, bakeries, cafes and much more. Near the house there is free parking for cars and trucks.

There is an equipped kitchen area with utensils and utensils for self-cooking and eating food: microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, oven, electric hob, there is a USB charger. Coffee, tea, sugar, vegetable oil are available to guests.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There are two separate beds, each of them is located in an isolated room with its own TV: a double sofa bed and a king-size bed. Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests should contact the hotelier to clarify the rules for staying in apartments for families or business travelers. After booking, guests will receive an SMS asking them to sign an online employment contract for a secure transaction. Check-in is possible only upon presentation of an identity card.
In case of violation of the rules of residence, it is possible to evict without a refund of the payment for the reservation. If the property is damaged, the deposit will not be refunded.
