What was bad

All the services, which were given as “included” in Ostrovok app, were actually payable. Especially sauna and steam rooms were extremely expensive. Even toothpaste and towels weren’t free. And they gave us a room, different from the pictures here. When we approached the service desk and showed them T&Cs at the app, they told us it a mistake and we still have to pay for all these services. Asked to speak to a manager, they said he/she is off on weekends.
