At the hotel

The hotel is located in a reserve where deer and marals live, there are 11 natural lakes on the territory. The water in the hotel is supplied from an artesian spring, fresh vegetables and herbs are from its own greenhouse, and products are from nearby farms.

The hotel has its own estate, guests can hunt and fish. Also at the guests' disposal: a multifunctional football, volleyball and basketball court, sports equipment and bicycle rental, an ice slide, skis and skates in winter, laser tag and paintball, billiards, ATV rental, horse riding lessons with an instructor, a swimming pool, a bath complex (sauna, Russian bath, hamam) and spa rooms, a private sandy beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, gazebos and a barbecue area, a "live courtyard", a cinema, a children's playroom.

The hotel can host events and weddings.

The main restaurant is located in the main building, the number of seats is 200. The menu includes Russian and European cuisine. The restaurant and karaoke bar "Lesnoye" is located in a separate building, accommodates up to 30 guests. The menu includes snacks and drinks, sports events are broadcast, karaoke, board games. There is also a shop with game delicacies, dumplings and other products of our own production.

There are 89 rooms and suites, distributed among 7 buildings, 1 cottage.

Standard Plus rooms have two single beds or one double bed, TV, minibar, tea station, dressing table with mirror. In the bathroom: shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries, towels and slippers. A baby cot is available upon request. Some rooms are equipped with a single interior door and can be transformed into a large two-room suite.

Two-level cottage with an area of 288 sq. m. accommodates up to 15 guests. On the territory adjacent to the cottage there is a gazebo and a barbecue area. On the first floor: living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle. In the bathrooms: hair dryer, toiletries, bathrobes, towels, slippers. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The VIP villa is located on a fenced area. Guests have at their disposal 6 bedrooms, each with an individual bathroom, a kitchen, an open panoramic veranda overlooking the lakes, a wood-burning fireplace, a spa area with a swimming pool, a Russian bath and a massage room, private access to the lake with a pier, a barbecue area with a gazebo and a separate parking lot.
