What was good
1. a new house.. 2. a good layout.. 3. a beautiful view from the windows on the Oka River.. 4. when settling problems did not arise everything was clear.
What was bad
The apartment is very dirty (mould in the bathroom, in the kitchen everything in the grease from dishes to microwave and refrigerator)..... I had to wash everything myself..... 3. the Internet worked very badly and with interruptions, low speed.... 4. Not the best place to look at historical site
The guest broke the house rule and was fined the deposit. He refused to deny the violation, but promised to leave a negative review, which he did. Dear guests, do not pay attention to the reviews from people who think they can do more in guests, in someone else's house.

There was no bedding in the room. Rather, it was wet on the dryer. When I called the landlord and told him that we didn't have bedding, he told me: wait until the bedding dries (it's at 10 p.m.). He refused to bring the bedding. We were with the baby!! Dirty pillows, dirty couch, dirty blankets. Black mold in the bathroom. And it's for 6000 rubles!!!.

Nice location, great view from the 16th floor, kids' playground in the yard, shops next door.
What was bad
The apartment's pretty messed up, the cleanliness's crumbling, there's no hot water, which we haven't been warned about, and there's no boiler.
