Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is contactless. One day before arrival, guests will receive a form to sign an electronic contract where photos of a passport must be attached. After filling out and sending the form, guests will receive check-in instructions.
The deposit must be made after the guests have entered the apartment.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
Smoking and parties are prohibited, and violating this rule will result in the retention of the deposit.
Only the number of guests reflected in the reservation may stay.
Photo and video shoots are only possible by prior arrangement.
For stays longer than 1 week, cleaning and bed linen change are mandatory.
