Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. There will be a planned shutdown of hot water in the hotel and throughout the Leninsky district for the period from 12:00 AM 07/02/25 to 07/15/25 until 12:00 AM. The rooms will only have cold water, but on each floor there will be individual shower rooms with water heaters around the clock.
At the arrival of the guest from 12:00 AM to 09:00 AM, the payment for accommodation is charged at a rate of 50% of the daily cost of the room (without breakfast). |
