The first house (180 sq. m.) is designed for 13 people (9 main and 4 additional places). There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen-living room. The territory is 12 acres, Parking for 6 cars, a veranda and a gazebo.

The second house (70 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 8 guests (6 main and 2 additional places) has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower area and a kitchen-living room. The territory is 9 acres, Parking for 3 cars, barbecue area.

The third house (30 sq.m.) is designed for 4 people (2 main and 2 additional places). There is a functioning conventional oven, while the house itself is heated by a gas boiler. The territory is 6 acres, Parking for 2 cars, barbecue area, gazebo.
