I stayed here at the end of May 2023 for the third time..Previously, I was less pleased.But this kind of attitude towards customers, and they are almost no longer here, empty cabinets,- could not expect today..A disgusting service from the staff. The disrespect of the services claimed to be actually provided.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

We stayed for 3 days in August. We liked the room very much. It was cozy and clean. There is a kitchen, except for the microwave. The dish is new and very clean. There is a new sponge and a multi-time table cleaner in the box. A white bed. White towels. There are many different boxes and shelves. The view from the window is stunning. All the administrators are friendly and friendly. Especially Julia. We love to go, so we were happy to walk through the pine forest to the base of Abzazko.

3 days of bliss

The hotel is right for its own money. You can't expect anything extra from it. I'll tell you about the new-ans: 1. It's located on a slope 3-4 km away, but every hour there's a route. If there's a few people, the gazellist is lazy and you have to ask him for a shampoo. There was a time when the Gazelle broke down and you had to get to it yourself. And when you have to settle in the Gazelle hotel, you can't get to it all. 2. They only accept cash, and after receiving the money they never give any documents: no checks, no more than a few receipts. We paid for the room by pre-booking, then it turned out that they made a mistake with the check-in and the check-in, and then they had to put the checks on the toilet without the receipts.

The rooms are clean, the bed and the bathroom are decent, every room has a TV, the rooms are daily cleaned, the place is cozy, there is a private café, which you can visit in the morning, at lunch and at night, the average cost of breakfast for five people (including 3 children) is 800 rubles.

I've been on the road, and I've been staying for one night, and the rooms are nice, clean, not small, and they've got cabinets for clothes and ski equipment, and I'd stay here, and if there was a bigger area, it'd be five points.
