Rezident Apartments are located in the center of Novosibirsk near the Marshal Pokryshkin metro station. Resident is a comfort-class house: silent elevators, wide stairwells, a playground in the courtyard. There are one-room two- and three-room apartments with a full kitchen and household appliances. In a standard studio room: one or two double beds, TV with a diagonal of at least 40", Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, electric stove, refrigerator, ironing board, drying rack.

Nice apartment, had everything necessary in it. Staff spoke good English and helped with everything. Breakfast was tasty and had variety.

Was a bit expensive to do laundry.
