Sanatorium features

The territory of the sanatorium is 25 hectares. There are two buildings in the sanatorium: medical and sleeping, interconnected by a warm passage. On the territory there are health paths, an ornamental lake, a pump room of Novoterskaya mineral water supplied from well No. 72. The health resort is designed for a one-time reception of 190 guests. The dining hall of the sanatorium is designed for 260 seats. Meals are organized according to the buffet system.

Guests have at their disposal an indoor pool equipped with hydromassage, a geyser and a waterfall, a gym, a sauna, a lobby bar, a library, billiards, animation programs for children and adults, including sports activities, intellectual and entertaining games, various master classes, musical and dance evenings, excursion program.
