The guest house is open all year round.

For the convenience of guests in the reception area there is a lobby bar where guests can drink coffee and a relaxation area where guests can watch a movie or read a book.

Much attention is paid to recreation with children: there is a separate area for games in the main building. On the street there is a children's play complex with a sandbox, swings and horizontal bars, as well as a lawn for active games. Bicycles and table tennis are available for rent.

The complex has a banquet hall, a Russian bath, a barbecue area with a large gazebo for relaxation, and a parking lot. Guests can rent bicycles, quads, snowmobiles. And also book a boat excursion.

On the territory there is the main building with rooms "Standard", "Junior" and "Suite" and two houses with budget rooms. Cozy rooms have everything guests need for a comfortable stay.
