To register with the Federal Migration Service and the insurance company, all guests of the Arctic Hotel must fill in the passport data for their booking, which will be requested by the employees of the Customer Care Service. Foreign citizens require mandatory submission of an application and documents 35 days before the date of arrival at the FSB Border Department for the Western Arctic Region.
Accommodation of guests of the Arctic hotel and all activities of the tours will take place in hard-to-reach places and remote from civilization and without the presence of coverage of cellular operators. When implementing this tourist product, the tour operator takes a set of measures to ensure the safety of transportation within the framework of the tour. Transport organizations, carriers with permits, licenses, certificates applicable in accordance with the current regulations of the Russian Federation for the performance of the relevant type of transportation, whose civil liability to passengers is insured in accordance with the established procedure, are allowed to transport tourists.
