The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The front desk is open until 22:00.

The territory of the guest house is located in the border zone with Estonia, so all guests must have an original valid Russian passport with them upon arrival.

Also, to travel through the border checkpoint, you need to have a voucher with you, which is sent by the hotelier in advance. To issue a voucher, guests must provide the administrator with a list of travelers who will arrive at the guest house no later than three days before arrival. The administrator will also contact guests in a timely manner to clarify information and provide a voucher.

Check-in after 22:00 is possible by prior agreement.
